Waterproof Outdoor Egg Chair Cushion Replacement

So I finally decided to replace the cushion on my hanging egg chair, and honestly, I’m kicking myself for not doing it sooner! I went with this Waterproof Outdoor Egg Chair Cushion Replacement, and it’s been a total game-changer for my little patio setup.
First off, this thing is super comfy – it’s got this high-density cotton filling that’s actually substantial (weighs about 7 lb) unlike my old flat cushion that basically felt like sitting on cardboard after a few months. The waterproof polyester cover is pretty good quality too. I’ve already had a couple of surprise rain showers, and the water just beaded right off instead of soaking through like my last cushion.

But I just followed the instructions and left it in the sun for about 6 days (okay, I got impatient and kept patting and fluffing it up). If you’re in a hurry, you can apparently toss it in the dryer on delicate for 15 minutes, but I wasn’t that desperate.
The cushion has transformed my egg chair into my new favorite reading spot. It’s actually comfier than my living room couch now, which I didn’t expect at all! I’ve started having my morning coffee out there, and even fell asleep in it last weekend (whoops).
One thing to keep in mind – while it’s waterproof, I still bring it in during heavy storms just to be safe. And I do try to fluff it up every now and then to keep its shape, but that’s pretty normal for any cushion.
