Yongqiang Beige Upholstered Storage Chaise Lounge with Left Armrest for Bedroom, Living Room, or Office

So I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect lounging spot in my apartment for ages, and I finally bit the bullet and ordered this Yongqiang beige chaise lounge thing. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much—these online furniture buys can be hit or miss—but I’ve gotta say, I’m pretty impressed with what showed up!
The chaise has this left armrest (which is actually on your left when you’re lying down, not when you’re looking at it—that confused me at first, not gonna lie). It’s been amazing for those nights when I just want to curl up with my Kindle or when I’m working from home and need a break from my desk chair, which is basically torture after 3 hours.
Size-wise, it’s about 59.5 inches long, 23.6 inches wide, and stands 28.3 inches tall. The seat itself is 48 inches long, so not huge, but definitely big enough for me to stretch out comfortably. I was worried it might be too bulky for my small apartment bedroom, but it fits perfectly in that awkward corner I never knew what to do with.
Assembly wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be—everything came in the box and the instructions were actually helpful for once. It took me maybe 30 minutes while watching Netflix.
The construction feels surprisingly solid for something in this price range. It’s got this wood frame that doesn’t wobble or creak when I flop onto it (and I’m not exactly gentle). The legs have these little rubber pads on the bottom, which is great because my landlord would kill me if I scratched up the hardwood floors. The beige linen fabric is actually nicer than it looked in the pictures—it’s soft but seems durable, kind of like my friend’s more expensive couch that I’ve always been jealous of.
But the real game-changer? The storage space underneath! I had no idea how much I needed this in my life. I’ve stuffed all my extra throw blankets, some books, and even my yoga mat in there. It’s way deeper than I expected and has been amazing for decluttering my space. You just lift the seat up, and it stays open while you grab what you need.
The weight capacity is supposedly 500 pounds, which seems kind of overkill, but it’s reassuring. My boyfriend and I have sat on it together watching stuff on my laptop with no issues.
The beige color is pretty neutral and goes with basically everything, which is good because I change my mind about decor every six months or so. I’ve thrown a couple of colorful pillows on it, and it looks like something straight out of one of those home design accounts I follow.
To be fair, it’s not as plush as those fancy chaises you’d find at Pottery Barn or whatever, but for the price and the fact that it has storage? I’m definitely not complaining. It’s honestly become everyone’s favorite spot when friends come over.
