White Nursery Glider Rocking Chair with Ottoman, Easy Assembly, Hardwood Base

I’ve been absolutely loving this white nursery glider! Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered it, but I’m so glad I took the chance. The rubberwood frame is pretty sturdy—definitely more solid than I thought it would be for the price. I’ve been using it every night with my newborn, and the ergonomic back cushion is a lifesaver for those late-night feedings. My back used to kill me before, but now I’m kind of amazed at how comfortable I can be at 3 AM.
The ottoman is a game-changer too. Like, I didn’t realize how much I needed to put my feet up until I had this. It distributes weight really well, which is nice because my ankles have been swelling like crazy lately. The fabric is soft enough—not luxury-level plush or anything, but definitely not scratchy either. It’s actually more breathable than my old rocking chair, which is a huge plus since I sometimes fall asleep in it.
I’m really into the look of it too. The polished oak stain gives it this sort of timeless vibe that works with pretty much everything else in the nursery. To be fair, I was worried the white upholstery might show stains too easily (because, you know, babies), but it’s been holding up better than expected. The wood grain shows through nicely and makes it look more expensive than it actually was, which is always a win in my book.
The rocking motion is super smooth—way better than my mom’s old rocking chair that used to squeak with every move. These mechanical bearings they use really do make a difference. My little one usually conks out within minutes once we start rocking. The motion is gentle enough that I’ve accidentally dozed off myself a few times! And I don’t have to worry about scratching up my floors, which was definitely an issue with my previous rocker.
Assembly wasn’t bad at all. I’m terrible with instructions usually, but I managed to put this together while my husband was at work. Took me maybe 25 minutes? The tools came with it, which was handy because honestly, I have no idea where our toolbox even is right now. If I can do it alone with a baby monitor next to me, pretty much anyone can.
Size-wise, it’s been perfect for our small nursery. The chair is about 26.5″ wide, 33.5″ deep, and 39.5″ high, while the ottoman is around 20″ wide, 16″ deep, and 14.5″ high. Not too bulky but still substantial enough to feel secure when you’re rocking. It holds up to 250 pounds, which is plenty—I’ve had my husband (who’s not exactly small) test it out with no issues.
One thing I really appreciate is how easy it is to clean. My little one spit up on it the other day, and I just wiped it down with a damp cloth—good as new! The whole setup weighs about 38 pounds total, so I can move it around the room by myself if needed, though I don’t do that often.
