Trademark Innovations Folding Beach Camp Chair, 18″x31″x32″, Blue

I finally got my hands on this blue Trademark Innovations camp chair, and honestly, it’s been a game changer for my outdoor adventures! I’ve been through so many cheap chairs that fall apart after a season, so I was pretty skeptical at first.
When it arrived, I was kind of surprised by how light it felt—just about 8 pounds—but don’t let that fool you. This thing is surprisingly sturdy with its alloy steel frame. I’m nowhere near the 220-pound weight limit, but my brother-in-law who’s a bigger guy tried it and had no issues.
The blue color is actually nicer in person than in the pictures. It’s made with this 600D polyester fabric that has some kind of PVC coating. Sounds fancy, but basically it means rain just beads right off, which came in handy at my nephew’s soccer game when it started drizzling!
Size-wise, it’s pretty comfortable at 18″x31″x32″. I’m 5’9″ and have plenty of room. The seat isn’t as plush as my living room recliner (duh), but for something I can throw in my trunk, it’s not bad at all. The backrest has a slight recline to it which is way more comfortable than those straight-backed chairs my friend has.
The cup holder on the armrest is a lifesaver—holds my coffee mug perfectly while I’m camping or my beer can during backyard BBQs. I do wish it could hold my larger water bottle, but that’s a minor thing.
Oh, and folding it up? Super easy. It collapses down to about 35″x5.5″x5.5″, which fits behind the seat in my car without taking up much space. To be fair, it’s a bit longer than some other folding chairs when packed up, but it’s so slim that it doesn’t really matter.
I’ve used it at the beach a few times now, and unlike my old chair, this one doesn’t sink into the sand weirdly. It’s also held up pretty well—no fading even though it’s been sitting in the sun for hours at a time during my fishing trips.

After having this chair for about two months now, I’ve taken it camping, to the beach, to my kid’s soccer games—pretty much everywhere. For the price, I really think it’s worth it. Not the fanciest chair out there, but definitely an upgrade from those $15 specials that break after three uses!
