So I finally bit the bullet and ordered these ghost chairs for my sister’s backyard wedding, and honestly? They’re pretty amazing. I’ve been eyeing them forever but wasn’t sure if they’d actually look as good in person as they do online.
First off, they came fully assembled which was a HUGE relief. Like, who has time to put together 4 chairs when you’re already stressed about event planning? Not me! They’re super practical for anyone throwing parties or events—my sister loved them so much she “borrowed” them permanently for her dining room (eye roll).

We had them set up for the ceremony and they kind of disappeared into the garden setting, which was exactly what we wanted! They’re armless with these extra-wide seats that are way more comfortable than you’d expect from something so sleek-looking. I was kind of worried they’d look too modern for her slightly bohemian vibe, but they actually worked perfectly.
Storage-wise, these are a game-changer. You can stack them up to 4 high, which is super convenient for my tiny apartment. I’ve been using two in my home office and pulling the others out when friends come over for dinner. To be fair, I was skeptical about how sturdy they’d be—they look so delicate!—but these things can supposedly hold up to 700 pounds. My friend’s husband is a pretty big guy (don’t tell him I said that) and he sat in one all night with zero issues.
