Roundhill Furniture Leviton Wood Tufted Dining Chairs, Set of 2, Tan

I’ve been searching for new dining chairs for weeks now, and I finally took the plunge with these Roundhill Furniture Leviton chairs. Honestly, I’m kind of kicking myself for not buying them sooner!
So these chairs come in a set of two with this really nice tan upholstery. They have this button-tufted look (which my mother-in-law calls “Ason’s style” – whatever that means!) that honestly makes my dining area look way fancier than it actually is. I was worried they’d look too formal, but they actually work pretty well with my semi-casual dining setup.
The chairs are made from solid rubberwood with this dark espresso finish that actually matches my existing table better than I expected. The contrast between the dark wood and tan fabric is pretty striking – in a good way! They don’t have arms, which I prefer since my dining space isn’t huge, and it makes it easier to slide in and out when we’re having dinner.
The backs are pretty tall (39.2 inches to be exact) and they curve a bit to support your back, which is nice when you’re sitting through one of my husband’s lengthy dinner stories! The padding is seriously comfy – definitely more cushioned than my old chairs that felt like sitting on wooden boards after about 20 minutes.
They’re a decent size – 18 inches wide and 21 inches deep – and the seat height is 19 inches which works perfectly with my table. There’s about 12.5 inches of clearance from the apron to the floor, so there’s plenty of room for your legs. Each chair can hold up to 250 pounds, which is reassuring since my brother-in-law isn’t exactly a lightweight!
At around 18 pounds each, they’re not too heavy to move around when I’m vacuuming, which is a plus. The tan polyester fabric feels pretty durable and hasn’t stained yet despite my 8-year-old’s best efforts with spaghetti sauce.
I’ve used them for everything from regular family dinners to hosting my book club, and they’ve been great. The neutral color goes with practically everything – to be fair, that’s why I chose them. I was redecorating and wasn’t 100% sure on my final color scheme.
For cleaning, I’ve just been spot cleaning with some mild soap when needed, and a quick wipe-down of the wood parts keeps them looking nice. Much easier to maintain than my previous upholstered chairs that seemed to attract every speck of dust in the house!
One thing to note – the product photos are pretty accurate, but the tan color looked slightly different in my dining room lighting than on my computer screen. Not a big deal at all, just something to keep in mind.
