ROBLOCK Durable Rolling Mechanic Stool with Tool Tray for Garage, Workshop, and Auto Repair

I’ve been using this ROBLOCK rolling mechanic stool for about three months now, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer for my garage setup. I’m the kind of person who’s always tinkering with something—my car, lawn equipment, whatever needs fixing—and my knees were seriously killing me from all the squatting.
The first thing I noticed was how comfortable the seat actually is. It’s got this weird semicircle concave shape (about 17.7″ x 13.38″) that I didn’t think would make a difference, but it totally does. You can sit on this thing for hours without your butt going numb, which is pretty impressive. I can adjust it between 14.5″ and 16.5″ high, which is nice when I’m working on different projects.

The packaging says it can support up to 300 lbs, which seems right based on my experience.
The wheels are pretty good too. They’re these 2.5″ polyurethane casters that roll smoothly on my garage floor without marking it up. My old stool used to get stuck on every little crack, but this one glides around easily. I can scoot from my toolbox to under the car without even standing up, which is a huge time saver.
To be fair, I was a bit skeptical about how long this would last since it’s mostly plastic, but it feels way more durable than I expected. I’ve accidentally dropped tools on it a few times, and there’s not even a scratch. It’s definitely tougher than my old metal stool that started rusting after one winter in the garage.
Assembly was a breeze—took me maybe 10 minutes tops. The instructions were actually readable, which is rare these days! And cleaning it is super simple—just wipe it down when it gets grimy.
