Pilates Chair Exercise Poster, 24 x 36 Inch Wall Decor for Studios

So I got this Pilates Chair poster from Balanced Body about a month ago for my home studio, and honestly, it’s been a total game-changer for my practice. I’d been struggling to remember all the different chair exercises my instructor showed me, and this 24 x 36 inch poster pretty much solved that problem.
The thing is massive – takes up a good chunk of wall space, but in a good way! You can actually see all the exercise illustrations clearly from across the room, which is super helpful when I’m in the middle of a flow and need a quick reminder. It’s printed on this heavy glossy paper that feels pretty durable. I was kind of worried about it tearing since I’ve had that issue with fitness posters before, but this one seems like it’ll hold up well.
The illustrations are really detailed, which I appreciate. Like, you can actually see proper alignment and form in the pictures, not just vague outlines like some fitness posters I’ve tried. They’ve got different versions too – I went with Version 1 since I’m still getting comfortable with the more basic moves, but my friend has Version 2 with all the advanced stuff for when I’m ready to level up.
What I didn’t expect was how much it would help with my form. I thought I was doing certain exercises correctly, but glancing at the poster during my workout made me realize I needed to adjust my positioning a bit. My lower back feels so much better now!
To be fair, it’s not exactly cheap for what’s essentially a poster, but the quality is definitely there. I’ve got mine in one of those simple black frames from Target, and it actually looks pretty nice on the wall – kind of doubles as decor in my workout space.
The Balanced Body brand seems pretty legit too. My Pilates instructor uses their equipment in her studio, and apparently they’ve been around for like 40 years or something. You can tell they know their stuff from how comprehensive the exercise descriptions are.
