Nrizc Velvet Office Chair, Adjustable Swivel, Ergonomic, Beige

I just got my hands on this Nrizc velvet chair for my home office, and honestly, I’m pretty impressed. It’s got this beige velvet that feels way nicer than I expected for the price point. The gold metal base actually looks quite high-end—not cheap or tacky at all, which I was kind of worried about before it arrived.
The comfort factor is definitely there. I’ve been sitting in it for like 8-hour workdays, and my back hasn’t been killing me like it did with my old chair. The cushioning is pretty good—firm enough that you don’t sink in too much, but still soft. The velvet is surprisingly breathable too. I thought I might get sweaty, but that hasn’t been an issue at all.
One thing I really appreciate is that you can adjust this thing a bunch of ways. There’s this little knob underneath that lets you control how far it tilts back—up to about 20 degrees, which is perfect for those moments when I need to lean back and think about a project. The height adjustment works smoothly too. I’m 5’8″, and my husband’s about 6’2″, and we can both get it to a comfortable position, which is nice since we share the office space.
Assembly wasn’t bad at all. Took me maybe 20 minutes tops, and I’m definitely not handy. All the parts were there, and the instructions actually made sense for once!
I’ve been using it not just at my desk but also pulled up to my vanity sometimes. The look is versatile enough that it doesn’t seem out of place anywhere. I was torn between this and a more traditional office chair, but honestly, this brings a bit more style to the room.
The specs are pretty solid—the seat is about 19.5 inches wide, which gives me plenty of space. It can hold up to 250 pounds according to the manual. The casters roll really well on my hardwood, though I did get a floor protector just to be safe.
To be fair, the chair isn’t perfect. The armrests aren’t adjustable, which would’ve been nice. But for what I paid, I’m not complaining too much.
The 3-year warranty gives me some peace of mind too. I haven’t had to contact customer service yet, but it’s good to know they’ve got that 24/7 support if something goes wrong.
All in all, if you’re looking for something that doesn’t scream “boring office chair” but still gives you the support you need for work, this Nrizc chair is honestly not a bad choice at all.
