I finally bit the bullet and got the Naomi Home Genuine Leather Chair in tan for my apartment, and honestly? I’m kicking myself for not doing it sooner. This thing screams mid-century modern but in a totally chill way that doesn’t make my place look like I’m trying too hard, you know?
The leather is actually real—like 80% genuine leather with 20% PU leather—which was a nice surprise given the price point. It’s got that sort of understated elegance that works pretty much anywhere. I’ve had it in my living room for a couple months now, but I’m kind of thinking about moving it to my home office since I work from home three days a week.
The comfort level is actually better than I expected. I was worried it might be one of those “looks good but feels terrible” pieces, but the cushions are pretty dense and supportive without being too firm. I’ve definitely dozed off in it a few times while binge-watching shows! The seat cushion has these boxed edges that don’t flatten out even after you’ve been sitting for hours, which is a huge plus.
What’s really convenient is that they sell matching pieces if you want a whole set. I started with just this chair to see if I liked it, but I’m seriously considering grabbing the loveseat to match. My brother-in-law has the three-piece set and it looks way more expensive than it actually is.
Assembly wasn’t bad at all—took me maybe 15 minutes with a beer in hand. Everything came packed really well, and they included all the tools, which was a nice touch. My last furniture delivery from another company was a complete nightmare, so this was a pleasant surprise.

The chair itself weighs around 55 pounds and can handle up to 300 lbs, which is more than sturdy enough for me and my friends. The tan color is more of a light brown in person, which actually works better with my space.
The wooden legs have this warm walnut finish that ties everything together. To be fair, they’re not the absolute sturdiest legs I’ve ever seen, but they definitely get the job done and look great.
Maintenance has been super easy too—just wipe it down when needed. I did buy some leather conditioner to keep it looking nice, but I’ve only used it once so far.
