So I finally decided to tackle the absolute disaster that was my garage storage situation last month. Not gonna lie, I was getting pretty tired of tripping over camping chairs every time I needed to grab something! After looking around online for a while (and honestly getting a bit shocked at some of the prices), I stumbled across this wall mount organizer, and it’s been a total game-changer.
The adjustable wall mount is pretty cool – you can actually customize the spacing however you want, which was perfect since my chairs aren’t all exactly the same size. The steel frame feels really solid, and I like that it has this powder-coated finish. The shelves are made of this heavy-duty nylon material that seems like it’ll last a while. My garage gets pretty dusty, but I’ve just wiped it down a couple times and it looks good as new. The whole system can hold around 100 pounds total, which is honestly more than enough for what I need.
What I didn’t expect was how much other stuff I’d end up storing on it! I’ve got a couple gardening tools on there now, and my kid’s soccer ball found its way onto one shelf. The adjustable feature means I could even fit my small cooler if I wanted to. The black color kind of blends into the garage wall, which I prefer to something that would stand out too much.
For the specs folks: it’s 48″ H x 24″ W x 12″ D, holds up to 100 pounds (25 per shelf), made with powder-coated steel and nylon shelves, and weighs about 15 pounds itself. Comes with a 1-year warranty, which is pretty standard I guess.
The biggest win for me is just having my floor space back! My garage used to be this obstacle course of chairs and other outdoor gear, and now everything has its place up on the wall. It’s definitely more flexible than I thought it would be – I can adjust things around when needed, which is handy since my storage needs change with the seasons.
