I spent weeks researching gaming chairs before I finally took the plunge on this AutoFull C3 in brown, and honestly? Best decision I’ve made for my home office setup in ages.
So I’ve had this chair for about a month now, and I’m pretty impressed with how substantial it feels. It’s actually way heavier than my old gaming chair – like 56.8 pounds kind of heavy – which at first I thought might be annoying, but it turns out that extra weight means it doesn’t slide around when I’m getting into the zone during intense gaming sessions.
The lumbar support is where this chair really shines, to be fair. I’ve always had lower back issues (too many hours hunched over my keyboard, I guess), and the memory foam pillow that comes with it actually makes a difference. It’s not one of those rock-hard lumbar pillows that feels like you’re leaning against a brick, but it’s not too squishy either. They apparently did some global survey to design it, and I can tell – it hits that sweet spot right at the curve of my spine.
The adjustability options are kind of insane. I can recline this thing all the way back to 155 degrees, which is perfect for when I need a quick break between Zoom meetings. There’s even a footrest that pulls out! I didn’t think I’d use it much, but I’ve caught myself taking the occasional power nap in this chair, which I definitely didn’t expect.
The armrests are pretty customizable too – they move up, down, left, right, and can be angled. My old chair just had the up and down function, so this is a nice upgrade for someone like me who’s picky about arm positioning.
The PU leather looks really premium for what I paid. It’s this rich brown color that matches my desk better than the typical gamer-y black and red chairs. Super easy to wipe down too – my coffee already tested that feature, unfortunately! It doesn’t get too hot or sticky either, which was a concern I had with leather.
The seat cushion is thick – like, noticeably thicker than my previous chair. It’s around 4.3 inches of foam that feels more like sitting on a nice sofa than a typical office chair. After 8-hour workdays followed by a few hours of gaming, my butt doesn’t go numb like it used to.
Setup wasn’t too bad, though it’s definitely easier with two people. Took me and my roommate about 30 minutes, and most of that was just figuring out which screws went where.
I’m a bigger guy (around 230 lbs), and this chair handles my weight no problem – it’s rated for up to 300 lbs. The sturdy frame gives me confidence this thing will last. Speaking of lasting, the 3-year warranty is pretty generous compared to other chairs I looked at.
Not everything is perfect – the casters roll fine on my hardwood, but they’re not quite as smooth on my area rug. And while the chair is super adjustable, finding your perfect setup takes some trial and error.
All in all, if you’re spending serious hours at your desk for work or play, the AutoFull C3 is definitely worth considering. It’s comfier than my living room recliner sometimes, which is saying something!
