Aklaus White Plastic Swivel Bar Stools, Set of 4, 30″ Height, Easy-Clean, Sturdy

I just got these Aklaus white bar stools for my kitchen island, and honestly, I’m pretty impressed with them! I was kinda skeptical at first since they’re plastic, but they turned out to be way sturdier than I expected.
So I ordered the set of 4, which was perfect for my space. They’re 30″ high, which fits my counter perfectly – definitely measure your counter height before buying though! I learned that lesson the hard way with some previous stools that were too tall.
The swivel feature is actually really nice. Like, I didn’t think I’d care about that, but it’s super convenient when you’re having a conversation and don’t want to awkwardly twist your body. My kids love spinning on them too (probably more than they should, but whatever!).
The back support is surprisingly good for bar stools. They have this L-shaped backrest that actually supports your lower back, which is a lifesaver when I’m sitting there having my morning coffee or working on my laptop. My old stools used to make my back hurt after like 20 minutes.
Clean-up is a breeze too. My 5-year-old spilled juice all over one yesterday, and I just wiped it down with a damp cloth – good as new! No scrubbing or special cleaners needed. The plastic doesn’t seem to stain easily either, which is a huge plus in my household.
These things are pretty solid too. The metal frame has this design that makes them super stable – definitely better than the wobbly four-leg stools I had before. They say they hold up to 220 pounds, and my husband’s a big guy (don’t tell him I said that!) and he sits on them with no problem.
We’ve been using them everywhere – not just at the kitchen island, but pulled up to the dining table when we have extra guests, and I even brought a couple out to the patio for a BBQ last weekend. The white color goes with pretty much everything in our house.
To be fair, assembly wasn’t too bad either. Took me maybe 15-20 minutes per stool while I was watching TV. All the hardware was there, and the instructions were clear enough.
Customer service seems decent too – I had a question about one of the screws and they got back to me within a day.
