4-in-1 Tufted Single Sofa Bed with Storage, Adjustable Backrest, Pillows, and Convertible Chaise (Taupe)

I’ve been looking for something like this for my tiny apartment for ages, and honestly, I think I hit the jackpot with this HXCQYGL sofa bed in taupe. I kind of fell in love with it as soon as I set it up!
So this thing is pretty amazing—it’s basically four pieces of furniture rolled into one. You can use it as a regular sofa, pull it out into a bed (which is surprisingly comfy!), set it up as a chaise lounge, or use the storage space underneath. The storage part has been a lifesaver for me since my place is basically the size of a shoebox.
The adjustable backrest is something I didn’t think I’d care about, but I’ve actually been using it way more than expected. When I’m binge-watching shows, I can recline it back a bit, and when my mom visits and we’re chatting, I can keep it upright. Not gonna lie, I’ve fallen asleep on this thing in recline mode more times than I care to admit!
The material feels pretty nice—it’s this soft velvet that’s actually held up well to my morning coffee spills (oops). I was worried about it feeling cheap, but the high-density sponge filling is actually really supportive. It’s definitely sturdier than my last IKEA futon that kind of sagged after like two months. This one says it can hold up to 300 pounds, which seems about right from how solid it feels.
When I have friends crash at my place, the pull-out bed comes in clutch. It stretches out to about 68.5 inches long, which is perfect for my buddy Jake (who’s around 5’10”) but my taller friend Mike had his feet hanging off a bit. To be fair, he’s like 6’3″, so everything’s too small for him.
The taupe color goes with pretty much everything in my apartment, which is a hodgepodge of stuff I’ve collected over the years. It’s not as boring as beige but still neutral enough that I won’t get sick of it. The tufted design and the little pillows it came with make it look way more expensive than it actually was.
For me, the best part is definitely how compact it is. At 68.5″ x 24.5″ x 17.5″, it fits perfectly in the weird alcove in my studio that nothing else would fit in. It’s kinda heavy at 56 pounds, but I managed to move it around by myself when I rearranged my place last month.
Assembly wasn’t bad at all. I’m terrible with instructions usually, but I got this together in about an hour while listening to a podcast. All the tools came in the box, which was nice because half my toolkit is currently “borrowed” by my brother.
If you’re in a small space or just need something that can pull double (or quadruple) duty, this is honestly not a bad choice at all. Just make sure you measure your space first—I almost got stuck with it in my hallway because I didn’t check if it would fit through my doorway (it did, but barely!).
