Hello Kitty Swivel Vanity Chair, Adjustable Height, Rolling, Pink

Okay, so I finally caved and bought this Hello Kitty chair for my vanity, and honestly? I’m kinda obsessed with it! I’ve been eyeing it for months, and when my old office chair started making that weird squeaking noise, I figured it was time to treat myself.
First off, the Hello Kitty design is just too cute! The backrest has that iconic bow shape, and there’s this adorable Hello Kitty illustration that literally makes me smile every morning when I sit down to do my makeup. I’m 32 and still loving Hello Kitty – no shame in my game!
The fabric feels way nicer than I expected, like seriously soft velvet that doesn’t feel cheap at all. I was a bit worried it might be scratchy or whatever, but it’s pretty plush. The padding is actually thick enough that I can sit for a decent amount of time without my butt going numb (which happened ALL the time with my last chair).
One thing I really love is how it spins around completely. The base is this silvery metal that looks pretty sleek, and the wheels roll super smoothly. I’ve got hardwood floors in my bedroom, and it glides around without leaving any marks, which is a huge plus. My cat likes to chase me when I spin around in it – probably not what the manufacturers intended but hey, bonus entertainment!
The height adjustment is pretty handy too. I’m not very tall (5’3″), so I appreciate being able to lower it when I’m at my vanity, but then I can pump it up higher when I occasionally use it at my desk. It goes from about 18 to 23 inches – doesn’t sound like much, but it makes a big difference.
Construction-wise, it feels pretty solid. I was nervous because some assembly was required, and I’m terrible at putting things together, but it wasn’t too bad. It holds my weight just fine (not that I’m sharing my exact weight, but I’m well under the 225 lb capacity ).
It’s not the biggest chair – about 22 inches wide and deep – which actually works out great for my small apartment bedroom. I didn’t want something bulky taking up too much space. The armless design means I can tuck it completely under my vanity when I’m not using it.
To be fair, I probably could’ve found a cheaper office chair, but none would’ve been this cute or matched my decor so perfectly. The pink color is bright without being neon or tacky, and it ties in with some other Hello Kitty stuff I’ve collected over the years.
